VNL 23 & COACHING TEAM

We are excited to re-appoint inaugural coach Jo Ballinger to lead the 23 & Under program again in 2025. After establishing the 23 & Under team in 2024, Jo's knowledge & skill set combined with her passion for Gippsland netball will continue to develop our VNL Stars program.

In another exciting step forward we welcome Rachael Paterson to the Stars. Rach will be our VNL 23 & Under assistant coach for next season and work closely with Jo to deliver our program. Rach will be well known by many in Gippsland and has a wealth of coaching knowledge and experience from her roles at club and representative netball. She is a two-time Gippsland League A Grade premiership coach and has coached various successful representative programs which include Association Championship winning teams. We are fortunate to have Rach and Jo leading the development of our 23 & Under team in 2025.
